Professional Makeup On The Runway and Magazine Covers

Pro Makeup Artist Chris Lanston Performs Magic
Professional makeup artists have an incredible ability to create the beauty that we see on magazine covers and fashion runways. Unfortunately many women – often at too young of an age – get the wrong impression from the unintentional communication sent by these images. They don’t realize how hard professional makeup artists work – and how passionate they are about their creations.
Makeup artistry is an amazing and beautiful art form. There are incredible levels of talent behind the masterfully created and exotic looks that we see in many different fashion circles. We at True Hollywood Makeup believe that this level

“Everyone needs to be prepped up first. This includes moisturize first if the skin is dry. If the skin is oily, put an oil free primer on. If there are breakouts, apply some Visine to the blemish to take the red away.
For flaky lips, take a scrub and and a toothbrush and lightly exfoliate the skin.
Follow up with a lip balm.
