Georgio and Mikaela are a husband and wife team based out of Palm Beach, Florida. Together they co-own and operate LadyLash Studios in Delray Beach Florida.

Georgio Fernandez

Co-Owner/Operator, Master Brow Sculptor and Celebrity Makeup Artist

Georgio Fernandez began his career in the business on the other side of the camera, as an actor on ABC’s All My Children.

Years later, as Georgio watched Mikaela apply her makeup, he became curious and wanted to try applying it for her. He immediately discovered a natural talent. Georgio went on to be a counter manager at Neiman Marcus, where he was also a senior makeup Artist.

While he worked for Neiman Marcus, Georgio was not only responsible for increasing sales, but also creating the looks that comprised Neiman’s national advertising campaigns. Similar to Mikaela’s career, Georgio then spent three years working with M.A.C. Cosmetics as a Pro Artist.

The next move in Georgio’s career him to a prestigious existing spa in Delray Beach, where Georgio held the title of Director of Makeup Artistry. It was here that he not only discovered his penchant for brow sculpting, but singlehandedly saved a flailing cosmetic department.

Georgio took a department that was grossing $49,000.00 annually, and increased sales to $289,000 in one calendar year. Georgio’s energy and passion for his work is the driving force behind the success and his competitive advantage over every other male makeup artist in the field.

Mikaela Fernandez

Co-Owner/Operator, Master Lash Artist

Mikaela Fernandez began her career in makeup fifteen years ago when she attended cosmetology school. She quickly obtained her license and immediately began doing freelance work.

Her talent did not go unnoticed for long as her work was featured in national advertising campaigns, catalogues, editorial photo shoots, and billboards. Joining the team of M.A.C. Cosmetics, Mikaela was able to hone her skills as a makeup artist and further develop her talent.

Quickly moving up through the ranks, Mikaela became a Pro Artist and Product Specialist, and continued to grow with the company for seven years. Eventually, Mikaela found her niche with Xtreme Lash Company.

Since she has been with the company, Mikaela has become one of only fifteen Master Lash Stylists throughout the nation. As a Master Stylist she became qualified as a National Trainer for the company, travelling all over the United States to aid novice lash stylists in perfecting their craft.

In addition, Mikaela has built and maintained a client base on her own that boasts a star-studded line-up and is currently grossing sales upwards of $30,000 per month. Mikaela prides herself on putting her clients’ needs before her own and providing an exceptional standard of quality throughout every service.

The Lady Lash Experience

When visiting a LadyLash Studio, clients will enter a lounge zone similar to the dressing room of a 1920’s starlet. Their warm, smiling greeting begins their entire experience. Here clients will be treated to refreshments such as gourmet coffee, juices, wine, and local treats as tranquil music plays in the background. Surrounded in warm and inviting atmosphere, clients can browse our menu of services before being whisked away to one of the private application zones to receive their service of choice.

Each studio will contain 4 private application zones and 2 makeup stations, where each artist will apply the necessary procedure in a controlled and comfortable environment. One treatment room will be especially dedicated to full body waxing to ensure total privacy. In certain services, sessions can last up to 2 or 3 hours, therefore it is critically important to create a serene environment so that the artist can perform the service without distraction while ensuring the clients highest level of relaxation.

Rear entrances will be made available to celebrity or high-profile clients who wish to keep their identity or use of services discrete and private.
