5 Stars Best Foundation out there
Provides excellent coverage which is buildable if needed. It has a dewy finish and holds up to FL humidity in summer months. Sine I’ve been using this for several years, I usually get asked, what foundation are you using? Doesn’t settle in fine lines. I wouldn’t switch if someone gave me a freebie of another brand. A little bit goes a long way. Love it!

5 Stars Natural But Still Covers
I was so impressed with Laura Mercier’s other products I wanted to try the foundation. I wasn’t sure I could find the right shade out of only seven but I did. The salesman thought at first the color would be a little too olive but it was perfect and the hue conteracted the spider veins on my face and blended well with the concealer I also purchased. I wanted a medium coverage and that is what this is. It is also buildable. If you have nothing to hide the tinted moistuizer might be a better option. This foundation is good for more mature skin. It is friendly to fine lines and gives a slightly dewy but not shiny finish. I’ve tried Channel, Nars and MAC and none gave me the right combination of texture, coverage and natural looking color. And Laura Mercier’s foundation stays true and doesn’t turn during the course of the day.

5 Stars EXCELLENT–ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR MATURE SKIN
This is truly the best foundation I have found thus far. Consistency and coverage is near perfect. I have freckles and sun spots and this covers without feeling or looking heavy. I have had many compliments on my skin while wearing it.

I use organic products almost exclusively, but I make an acception for this foundation.

This product is not worth the money. It does not work any where near as good as Model in a Bottle. I returned it! It actually made my skin break out and my make up did not last any longer than it normally does.

I have been using Skindinavia’s Finishing Spray for almost 2 years. I have very sensitive skin but never had a problem with this product. It holds my make-up in all types of weather-even hot & humid. It’s also amazing when you’re under stress or don’t have time to keep touching up make-up. All my make-up lasts from early AM to late PM – and it feels great!

5 Stars Fabulous! My make up stays on my face on and doesn’t smudge off
Though I am over 40, my skin is still oily enough that makeup just doesn’t last. A much bigger problem for me was that when I touched my face (even lightly), my make up would transfer unto my fingers and then on important papers or pages of books. I tried all kinds of make up and finishing sprays – some helped the make up stay on but made the smudge factor worse. When I tried this product, viola! My makeup stays fresh for hours and if I accidentally touch my face while trying to get hair out of my eyes or what not, I don’t end up with make up on my hands. I love this product, it has been a godsend.

I have been trying tinted moisturizers and looking for one that suited me since Estee Lauder discontinued their Fresh Air Moisture Tint. I loved that one (in fresh sunlight) as it was just enough to give me a hint of color and worked well with my skin. I have rosacea and experience break outs from many products. I haven’t had any problems with the Clinique Sheer Tint (in Neutral) and I am very happy with the lightweight feel of this make-up. As the name implies, this product only gives a sheer tint, it evens out some flaws but does not give nearly as much coverage as most foundations. I like the light coverage as it gives me a more natural look and feel.

5 Stars Feel like a STAR!
This is the first foundation I have ever truly loved! The first time I purchased this oil-free foundation it was hard to trust the rave reviews. Most foundations leave your face feeling oily and unclean, but not this one!

If I could give you one piece of advice about this particular foundation, it would be to purchase the setting powder along with it. The two go hand in hand, like peanut butter and jelly. You just can’t have one without the other. The foundation is amazing, providing flawless coverage, however I would be a liar if I told you that you will never experience “Makeup-Meltdown” with the foundation alone. That’s where the setting powder comes in. Top off your look by sprinkling a bit of the setting powder onto a velour puff and give your foundation a velvet finish. With these two items, you’ll leave your house feeling like a star!!

5 Stars for me – worth the money
This is the only foundation that makes my skin look like my skin only flawless. The color match for me is perfect (blush ivory) Ive tried all kinds of stuff and this is the best. Plus one bottle lasts the better part of 2 years…..Ive got t-zone issues as well, and this keeps that at bay the best too. Mac blot powder takes care of the rest. Must have.

5 Stars Excellent coverage
Along with Chanel, this is one of the best oil-free foundations I have ever used. It really gives a flawless coverage and the color stays true even after several hours. It is highly pigmented and the coverage is buildable so you can apply it sheer to heavy depending on your skin need. I have combination skin and I find that my t-zone doesn’t get oily too quickly. Another thing I like is the pump bottle which is more hygienic. I find that my skin also looks great in photos when I’m wearing this.

However, make sure that your skin is well-moisturized because this tends to highlight dry areas. Also, if your skin is prone to breakouts, ask for a sample first to see how your skin reacts. When I first started using this, I ended up breaking out after a couple of weeks that’s why I switched to Chanel. But I guess it’s different for everyone because my friend, whose skin is more sensitive than mine, doesn’t seem to have any problem. I’m currently alternating this with my Chanel foundation and so far haven’t had any problems.

1 Star Not worth the Steep Price tag or all the HYPE
I recently bought this product from Sephora with high hopes that it would indeed be this miracle makeup. Especially after all the fantastic reviews that I read from users of this product. The most disappointing part of this product was the very minimal coverage even if you did try to “layer” it as suggested. I’ve gotten better coverage from something I bought at the drugstore for about 2/3 the price. I highly recommend getting a sample of this product before you go out and drop $42 for a full size bottle. Luckily I was able to return this terrible foundation.

4 Stars Light feel, flawless look
I have tried several foundations in the quest for an oil-free foundation that doesn’t look splotchy. I’ve tried Clinique, Erno Lazlo, Prescriptives and others but upon reading numerous glowing reviews for Laura Mercier’s foundation, I thought I’d spring for a try going through Sephora (which has an EXCELLENT return policy). So far I’m very happy with this for several reasons: your fingers never touch the inside of the bottle thanks to the distributing cap – making the foundation stay germ-free and retain it’s purity, also I noticed that it takes only a tiny amount for each section of my face to spread across the skin, you don’t have to slather this on, a little goes a long way. I took off a star however because it does not really stop your face from acquiring an oily sheen as the day wears on. I still have to use a little powder or those oil-blotting sheets by the middle of the day. Plus there is no perfumey smell to this, the price is only a little more than other department store brands like Prescriptives. There may not be a huge selection of color choices but I actually found it was easy to choose one that blended right into my skin. Unlike other foundations, it’s very hard to detect that telling look of ‘make-up’. So far, so good!

I have pretty oily skin that makes it hard to keep my makeup on. I tried the normal primer a while back and it only made things worse! But now that I’ve started using the Light Primer I can tell a huge difference. It does not dry out my skin but keeps it from getting so oily and shiney that my makeup melts off. So, unless you have oily skin this product will probably not make too much of a difference. But if you do, this is a huge help!

I HATE THIS STUFF,I BOUGHT THIS THINKING IT WOULD HELP ME WITH MY SENSITIVE SKIN AND ACNE BUT IT DID NOTHING BUT MAD THINGS WORSE. FOR ONE IT MADE ME BREAK OUT EVEN MORE,TWO IT MADE MY FACE SO OILY TIL IT LOOKED LIKE I WAS RUNNING A MARATHON FOR DAYS,AND THREE IT MADE MY MAKEUP MESS UP. MY FOUNDATION IS PERFECT I DON’T NEED A PRIMER TO SMOOTH IT OUT AT ALL IT ALREADY BLENDS EASY. THE PRIMER MADE IT LOOK LIKE IT WAS MELTING OFF MY FACE. AND MY POWDER IS GREAT TO HELPS ALOT WITH THE OIL,THE PRIMER MADE IT LOOK SUPER OILY AND I HAD THE POWDER FOR SOME MONTHS SO I KNOW THE PRIMER DID THAT. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS STUFF AGAIN. 5 Stars Great way to set your makeup all day!
I first read about this in one of my daughter’s fashion magazines and thought I would try it so I ordered it. I am a “young” 62 but was always bothered by foundation or blush settling into tiny pores and looking dark and even at my age I get shiny before noon and am constantly going for powder. This primer is great for all of the above. It must fill in the little pores as my problem with that is gone. It also makes my foundation go on smoother and much more natural looking. I dust with powder afterwards and it lasts just about the whole day without touchups. I figure what I spend on this primer I will save with powder.

5 Stars Beautiful
This foundation is perfect for me! The coverage is average, not heavy and not so light that you have to keep applying it. I was tired of trying different foundations located at our usual discount department stores. Like you all, I’m sure, I have several bottles, sticks, and jars of foundation in a large make up bag underneith my bathroom sink. Wasted money of course. You have to at least try this product. I am olive in colour with just a tint of red around the cheeks and the colour that is flawless on me is “blonde”. The foundation glides on your face and honestly, it makes me look younger!! Don’t know how it happens, it just does. Also, having the spf 15 just adds to the excellence of it all. I love it and will continue to buy this product as long as it stays available.

5 Stars Great coverage without looking embalmed
At 70, I still get occasional compliments on my skin, which I attribute to Estee Lauder, whose foundation products I’ve been using since my early or mid-thirties. Futurist covers up a lot but leaves a bit of a glow, even on dry, old skin. It is fairly thick, but not cakey, and it doesn’t need powder over it. One caveat is (and this is probably true of most foundations): Using too much moisturizer or other cream under it will reduce the effectiveness of its coverage. The only drawback to this great product is a strange chemical odor, which is easily offset by Futurist’s benefits. I’ve occasionally tried other foundations — drugstore products in a budget frenzy, Lancome after a department store makeover — but always come back to EL.

5 Stars Really covers and really lasts!
Recently, this was one of two Estee Lauder products that I tried for the first time. I have had a problem finding anything that would cover some dark spots on my cheekbones. I’ve tried using thick, creamy concealers that didn’t blend well and wore off quickly, as well as two types of mineral powder concealers. This Estee Lauder camouflage makeup is a very thin liquid makeup that easily covers the spots. In fact, a little dab will cover my whole face. The makeup doesn’t come off until I take it off at the end of the day with makeup remover. I’m AMAZED. My skin doesn’t feel as if I have makeup on. One tip–use a big makeup brush to apply this makeup–it soaks in so quickly that it’s hard to apply with fingers or a sponge.

I have used this makeup for a number of years now. I live on the coast, and swim and boat quite a bit. This makeup is waterproof and has SPF 15. Perfect for water-sport days! Also, it gives you a flawless finish. As stated earlier, it does cover brown sport, and you only need a small amount for perfect coverage. I hope Estee Lauder never quits making this!

This is a great product! I am very, very fair,and have a problem with redness. This makeup covers exceptionally well. I use it mostly as concealer on trouble spots, but have also used it as foundation. Even the lightest shades of most foundations are too dark, even Estee Lauders regualr line of foundations, but surprisingly this one works for me. A little goes a long way as well and I like that it has the spf 15 in it.

5 Stars Fresh Face All Day!
Read the other reviews…they sum it up. This is one of the best pressed powders I’ve ever used! I literally only needed to touch-up once during the day (and that was well after lunch). It’s summer time in the South…which means more oil, more powder, more often. The fact my face still looked fresh and matte after 4 hours of wear was amazing! I used Get Even to set my makeup this morning (Boi-ing, Philosophy’s Supernatural, Lancome blush) and didn’t need to retouch until this afternoon! Amazing!

5 Stars This product REALLY works!
I’m always on the lookout for a magic product that will do everything it says, not just partial promises. This product delivers on all counts. It mattifies, it evens out skin tone (I have Rosecea and oily skin). It has cut my beauty routine in-half. I use a good primer (I’ve tried many; and like Avon’s new Magix) and then Get Even. I had to get a medium shade as the light shade made me look ghostly, but I use it under my eyes. I love it and it’s worth the price.

3 Stars Eh…
This powder does a decent job of eliminating shine, but it also somehow draws attention to other things, like small hairs on my face that I never knew I had before but are suddenly super-visible whenever I apply this product. Clinique’s pressed powder is much more superior, and I won’t purchase the Benefit brand again.

5 Stars I found my HG of powders!
For me, this is by far, the best powder I have ever tried. Even if you have to use a heavy concealer under this powder for serious coverage, and you have oily skin, this powder will have you touching your face hours after applied, and still feeling soft without that greasy feeling. I just ordered several more in my color to keep me stocked. Oily faced girls,(even non-OFG’s, as this won’t dry you out)… I hope you try this and love it as much as I do, because I have spent a fortune trying to find something to cover, not cake, not turn orange, not break me out, keep the oil at bay, and at least cover the less than perfect skin without looking obvious!,…I finally found it!

I’ve used this powder for years – since I don’t use foundation I prefer Get Even because it offers more coverage & evens out my skin tone more than other powders. It’s expensive but lasts me approx. 6mos so it’s worth it to me. And the packaging is cute too.
